Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Amplifye collects, uses, and protects information provided by users of our website and services. By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Company: Amplifye | getamplifye.com | michaelgiancola@getamplifye.com
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or book an appointment. This may include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home or service address
- Business name
- Business address
- Type of service needed
- Details about your service request or inquiry
We may also collect certain technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and service requests
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Send SMS communications related to your inquiry or appointment
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with legal obligations
3. SMS Messaging
When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Amplifye or the applicable service business regarding your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data will never be sold to third parties or lead generators.
How to Opt In: There are two ways a person may receive SMS messages through our platform:
- Explicit opt-in: You submit a contact or booking form and check the SMS consent checkbox. This is the standard opt-in method for all scheduled messages, reminders, follow-ups, and marketing communications.
- Implied consent via missed call: When a potential customer calls a business phone number and the call is not answered, an automated text message may be sent to that caller in direct response to their missed call. Because the customer initiated contact by calling first, this constitutes implied consent for a customer care response under applicable messaging guidelines. This message is not marketing — it is a direct reply to the customer's own outreach. Every such message includes opt-out instructions, and no further automated messages will be sent to non-responders beyond the initial reply.
Additionally, when a customer calls a business and the call goes unanswered, one automated text-back is sent in direct response to their missed call. The customer initiated contact by calling first. All messages include STOP to opt out. Non-responders receive no further automated messages.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
HELP Keyword: Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a response that includes the business name and support contact: Amplifye | michaelgiancola@getamplifye.com.
Types of Messages: SMS messages sent through our platform may include: lead inquiry responses, missed call text-backs, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, post-job review requests, re-engagement messages, and seasonal campaigns.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your service interactions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
